【Design Inspiration】

Moonlit Blossoms is inspired by the timeless beauty of blooming flowers framed within a traditional Chinese silk round fan.

The circular fan symbolises harmony and completeness, while the flourishing blossoms represent happiness, prosperity and the traditional Chinese blessing of "flowers blooming beneath the full moon", a poetic expression of reunion, abundance and life's beautiful moments.

Blending refined French haute couture embroidery with the elegance of Eastern aesthetics, this design celebrates both exquisite craftsmanship and the enduring beauty of cultural tradition.

This is an in-person embroidery workshop. The artwork shown is the project you will create during the workshop and is not a finished artwork for sale.

The project is embroidered on a traditional Chinese silk fan. The silk fan is included in the course fee, and students will complete and take home their finished artwork at the end of the course.
