【Design Inspiration】

The Memory of Time is inspired by the passage of time and the memories we carry through life.

Created on a traditional silk fan, the design brings together the elegance of Eastern craftsmanship and the refinement of French haute couture embroidery. The circular composition represents the continuous flow of time, while the butterfly at its centre symbolises transformation, renewal and the courage to embrace new beginnings.

Layer by layer, every stitch preserves a fragment of memory, allowing time to be expressed through texture, light and delicate craftsmanship.

【Important Notice】

This is an in-person embroidery workshop. The artwork shown is the project you will create during the workshop and is not a finished artwork for sale.

The project is embroidered on a traditional Chinese silk fan. The silk fan is included in the course fee, and students will complete and take home their finished artwork at the end of the course.

【Practice at Home】

If you would like to continue practising after the workshop, professional embroidery tools and materials are available for purchase. We are happy to recommend the most suitable tools based on your learning progress.
